Roles We’re Recruiting For
Field Service Engineers
We are keen to hear from experienced Field Service Engineers who are confident working on-site, diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and maintenance, and delivering a high standard of service to customers. This role suits practical, solutions-focused engineers who enjoy variety, technical challenges and working directly with clients.
You don’t need a background in the print industry, we will handle all of your training, ensuring you’re ready before working with customers.
Installation Engineers
Our Installation Engineers are responsible for helping customers get new and relocated equipment set up safely, accurately and efficiently.
The role may involve preparing equipment for installation, assembling and positioning machinery, completing technical checks, testing performance and ensuring systems are ready for production. Installation Engineers may also provide customers with practical guidance on operating and maintaining their equipment.
We’re keen to hear from organised, technically capable engineers who can work confidently on customer sites, follow manufacturer requirements and maintain high standards throughout every installation.
Sales Professionals
We’re looking for knowledgeable, customer-focused sales professionals who can understand each client’s requirements and recommend the right equipment, service or support solution.
This role suits people who are confident building long-term relationships, developing new business opportunities and guiding customers through technical purchasing decisions. Experience within the printing, manufacturing or industrial equipment sectors would be beneficial, along with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
