Equipment Maintenance & Service

 

 
The Dennison Group offer the complete range of engineering provision including:

  • Ad-hoc callout to repair or service equipment - no contract required.

  • Contracted maintenance and repair. This service can be inclusive or exclusive of parts and is tailored to the level of service you require from 24 hour response 5 days a week through to 2 hour response 24 hours per day. Charges , obviously, vary accordingly.


Service Levels:

  • Platinum - For Mission-Critical Systems usually including Platesetters This provides the most comprehensive level of service - up to 1 hour response, 24 hours per day 7 days per week. fully inclusive of all parts labour and travelling expenses. Including Preventitive Maintenenace

  • Gold - Our most commonly used service up to 8 hour call out Mon-Fri, fully inclusive of all parts labour and travelling expenses. Including Preventitive Maintenenace

  • Silver - For less production critical equipment up to 16 hour call out Mon-Fri, fully inclusive of all labour and travelling expenses (Parts excluded). Including Preventitive Maintenenace

  • Bronze - Preventitive Maintenance only

  • Ad Hoc - All parts, labour & travelling costs are payable. Attendance made on best endeavour basis.
