The Hub Of The Dennison Operation is our recently completed, purpose-built Northern Headquarters that house the following departments:

Service Coordination.

Recently re-equipped with state of the art telephone and a computerised service tracking system this centralised facility handles all incoming service requests and schedules appropriate engineers accordingly.

Warehouse.

This large facility allows us to store equipment that is awaiting delivery, refurbishment or even re-sale on behalf of our clients. We can also offer short-term storage to cover relocations and insurance work.

Workshop.

Our new workshop provides all the facilities we need to strip, repair, refurbish and rebuilt any pre-press equipment. From step and repeat frames to thermal platesetters, this facility allows rapid turnaround in a protected environment. All equipment is tracked through the workshop and subjected to a rigorous series of test during repair and refurbishment and prior to dispatch. This workshop also allows complete pre-press systems to be built-up, configured and tested before delivery to customer site.

Parts Stores

We carry a huge range of spares, replacement parts and consumables for all equipment that we service. Where a replacement part is required we can usually supply it from stock (either new or reconditioned) or order it from our service partner. With some of the older equipment we service (such as step and repeat frames) we are the sole suppliers of replacement parts and consumables. We carry a particularly large range of replacement bulbs.

Showroom

Our soon to be completed showroom will allow us to demonstrate imagesetters, platesetters, RIP's, digital colour proofing (including dot-for-dot) and complete RIP -Once and PDF workflow solutions. See Sales section for further information
